Role Overview

We are seeking an Accountant II (Infrastructure Accounting Analyst) to support financial management and accounting processes related to a prestigious technology company’s global infrastructure investments.

This role partners closely with Infrastructure Supply Chain teams to manage end-to-end accounting processes, operationalize new accounting programs, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-scaling environment.

This is a structured, full-time contingent role — not freelance or project-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to infrastructure assets (data centers, network equipment, real estate)
• Support end-to-end accounting processes and operationalize new accounting programs
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including:
• Journal entries
• Reconciliations
• Cash flow reporting
• Variance analysis
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor infrastructure spend and capital project progress
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Support implementation and documentation of internal controls related to infrastructure accounting
• Assist with audit and compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience (fixed assets experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
