JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project Management: Execute on the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale internal events.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, resources, spend and dependencies are clearly tracked and surfaced to internal leaders—supporting operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
- Apply Agile ways of working adapting relevant agile methodologies to event planning and delivery, including sprint-based planning, RAID logs, backlog prioritization, iterative refinement, and continuous feedback loops.
- Drive cross-functional and cross-workstream collaboration, managing deliverables with project teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to create seamless, high‑quality event execution that builds on the existing ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, accessibility standards, and audience experience expectations.
- Maintain internal tracking systems—Teams files, chats, and communications—to ensure consistent updates and proper version management.
- Analyze performance metrics and insights from events and sprints, providing data-driven recommendations that strengthen future experiences and enable continuous improvement.
