About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI-focused Software Engineer to join our rapidly-growing team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on pioneering projects involving vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and advanced AI/ML technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the VP of Technology and the founding team to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance our clients' enterprise AI initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and modern AI frameworks, with a focus on building scalable, efficient, and reliable systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning. Candidates should have proven experience with Python API development and familiarity with agentic/orchestration frameworks such as Langchan, Langgraph, Autogen, Semantic Kernel, and Lamaindex. Expertise in vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma, along with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure, is essential. Candidates should also have hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles like inheritance, polymorphism, and design patterns.
