Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Engineer with strong AWS experience
to join a fast-paced Investment Banking technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging AWS cloud services. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and cloud-native architectures.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.


Develop and deploy machine learning solutions on
AWS
.


Build scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.


Work closely with data scientists, application developers, and business stakeholders.


Optimize model performance, monitoring, and retraining workflows.


Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD of ML models.


Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.


Support production AI systems in a high-availability environment.


Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in AI/ML development.


Strong hands-on experience with
AWS services
such as:


SageMaker


Lambda


S3


EC2


Glue


Redshift


Proficiency in
Python
and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


Experience building and deploying models in cloud environments.


Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.


Experience working in Financial Services / Investment Banking domain is a plus.


Understanding of MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Generative AI / LLM implementations.
