🧩 About the Role

This isn’t just a build-and-ship gig.

- You’ll design and develop
Flutter-based mobile apps
and web solutions (including AWS and/or Firebase backends).
- You’ll also contribute to building
AI-aware systems
, and tracking and validating AI outputs to ensure quality.
- You’ll work in a
collaborative

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver solutions
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with CI/CD and automation in mind
• Track and validate AI outputs for quality and relevance
• Participate in agile ceremonies and fast feedback loops

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 3+ years commercial software development experience
• 1+ year Flutter development experience
• Experience with AI development or integration experience
• Ability to think like a system designer, and a coder
• Strong async communication in remote teams

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AWS, Firebase, CI/CD, and/or Appium
• React / React Native development experience
• Accessibility (A11y) experience
• Experience fine-tuning or integrating AI tools
• Strong documentation habits — especially for AI-human handoffs
