Role Overview

As a Brand & Content Strategist, you will lead the planning, direction, and performance of Pure Form’s content across META platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok. This role sits at the heart of our brand storytelling—translating product benefits, wellness trends, and lifestyle moments into high-impact content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

You’ll own the content calendar from concept to execution, ensuring every post, campaign, and launch is intentional, on-brand, and aligned with business goals. Working closely with the Brand Communications Manager, creators, designers, and growth teams, you will shape how Pure Form shows up daily across digital platforms.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role — balancing creative storytelling with data-driven optimization to continuously elevate brand presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly and campaign-based content strategies for META and TikTok aligned with brand goals and product priorities
  • Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling across lifestyle, education, product, and community pillars
