What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies
• Document and define business and technical requirements for migrating from legacy systems to new solutions
• Facilitate data mapping and transformation from source to target systems
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between legacy functionality and the new system, proposing solutions for data adjustments
• Create user manuals, functional specifications, and support training materials for the new system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience in requirements gathering and testing of web-based applications
• Proficiency in data analysis from databases using SQL
• Experience in creating mock-ups for user interfaces
• Familiarity with creating requirement traceability matrices
• Experience in writing test cases and test scripts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in testing batch jobs and web services
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies
