About The Role
The
Business Operations Coordinator, HCSE & Projects
supports UCB’s Business Planning and Operations team by managing Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement Activities (HCSE), coordinating Delegation of Authority entries, and ensuring accurate, compliant operational processes within a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. The role also partners with cross‑functional leaders to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and provide project management support for high‑visibility strategic initiatives.


What You’ll Do
HCSE Activity Management

• Oversee preparation, submission, and reconciliation of Activity Notification Forms (ANFs) supporting HCS engagement in UCB activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the entire ANF lifecycle.

Delegation of Authority Entry

• Enter data into multiple systems and track progress across stakeholders, including spend document creation and purchase requisitions.
• Serve as liaison to procurement, project owners, administrative staff, and vendors to ensure timely processing of paperwork and remove barriers to execution.

Operations Project Work

• Partner with the Launch Excellence + Portfolio Engagement Lead and the Head of Strategy and Innovation to identify projects requiring project‑management support.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational performance.
