About The Role
The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior (Level 4) Business Operations Specialist to join our Chief Aerospace Office (CASO) Business Operations team in Everett, Washington. This pivotal role involves supporting critical management systems and business integration efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness. Initially, the role will focus on providing business operations support to the Executive Director of Enterprise Safety & Quality Internal Audit. This function is vital in ensuring Boeing’s operations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards through independent assessments and advisory services. As the position evolves, responsibilities will extend to supporting the Executive Director of Global Safety & Regulatory Affairs (GS&RA), a global team responsible for aligning safety, security, and regulatory strategies across international markets. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of navigating complex environments, engaging senior leadership, and driving data-driven decision-making processes. Flexibility in work hours will be necessary to accommodate international team meetings, emphasizing the global scope of this position.
