About the Role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven experience in financial analysis and reporting for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of management reporting, performance metrics, and communication, with the ability to manage a remote team and collaborate effectively with UK stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for UK clients aligned with IFRS and UK accounting standards.

• Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, and financial performance reporting using AI tools such as Claude.

• Partner with UK management teams to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and dashboard development.

• Supervise and coach a small remote team of analysts, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

• Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively with client teams.

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives in reporting workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Prior experience working with international or UK clients in financial reporting or business analysis.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Experience using Claude or other AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.

• Exposure to the quick service / food service sector is an asset.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a remote or hybrid team.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and similar business reporting tools.
