What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Translate CEO and Board vision into clear company priorities, OKRs, and execution plans
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to support growth
• Prepare the CEO for board, investor, and client engagements, managing executive meetings and follow-ups
• Provide research, data, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a communication hub between the CEO, leadership team, and the wider organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs or Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling companies
• Experience working in a company with 100-300 staff during their growth phase for 3-5+ years
• Ability to manage and facilitate executive board-level meetings and confidential projects
• Deep understanding of D2C, eCommerce, digital marketing, and digital marketplace models
• Passion for sports, health, wellness, fitness, or supplements at an advanced level
