What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and conduct project meetings
• Set milestones and formulate owners' reports
• Establish job processes including RFIs and submittals
• Ensure project quality control and oversee overall project logistics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5+ years of commercial project management experience
• Ability to self-direct and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Procore, and Microsoft Project
• Understanding of project management principles and budget management
