ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Content Promotions & Storytelling Strategist to lead the creative development and messaging for global content initiatives and campaigns. This role involves crafting compelling narratives and ensuring clear, cohesive, high-impact messaging across all company-owned and operated channels- including Social, On-Platform, and additional promotional touch-points.
The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller and content strategist with a passion for translating creative programming initiatives into promotional campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and overall impact. This role requires deep collaboration across Social, Programming Editorial, Press, Talent, and Production teams to bring programming priorities to life in a consistent, audience-centered way.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead strategic campaign development for the Content Programming organization, ensuring all major content initiatives are supported with compelling, aligned, and channel-appropriate messaging
- Own storytelling for big content moments, shaping narratives that strengthen audience connection and elevate programming priorities
- Evaluate and identify high-impact initiatives and ensure they are shepherded through the organization with strong promotional support, clear cross-channel throughlines, and optimized execution
- Serve as the in-house expert in content marketing, guiding teams on best practices and ensuring a high bar for clarity, creativity, and brand alignment
- Partner cross-functionally with Programming Editorial, Social, Press, Talent, Production, and other key stakeholders to align messaging, streamline workflows, and deliver cohesive promotional campaigns
