POSITION SUMMARY

OZIUM (the original, iconic odor-elimination challenger brand) and FOLEX (the cult-favorite, problem-solving stain remover) are experiencing rapid growth and expanding our in-house marketing capabilities. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about creating content, testing and learning, leaning into AI tools. This person has the opportunity to shape NiTEO’s consumer brands in the marketplace by testing different ways to engage with content. You will be on the ground floor as we accelerate growth on these incredible brands, OZIUM and FOLEX.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creative Strategy Development
: Formulate hypotheses and develop overarching creative strategies and campaign plans that align with business objectives.
- Creative Direction & Ideation
Translate strategic insights into clear, persuasive, and actionable ideas and external briefs, where appropriate. This role will straddle between internal content creation and using external partners, including more self-service platforms like Soona.
- Content Production, including using AI tools
: Manage the end-to-end creative production across static images, photography and video, which can include scripting, storyboarding, writing ad copy, selecting visuals to bring ideas to life. Excellent proficiency in AI tools to create assets, both static and video. High capacity to create content across brands to fill robust content calendars and ad testing programs.
