The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to join the Scorability team. You will be working on developing cross-platform apps that serve athletes, parents and coaches in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate thrives in early-stage, hands-on environments with an excitement for shaping the future of mobile apps within an organization. You will collaborate across teams to create reliable, simple, and scalable apps that solve real problems and provide incredible value to its users.


What You’ll Do

• Build and ship mobile apps that delight customers—and meaningfully move the business forward
• Own complex, high-impact features end-to-end across customer-facing experiences, from idea through production
• Lead by doing: prototype quickly, experiment often, and ship alongside product and design to solve real customer problems
• Make strong technical decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, balancing speed, quality, and long-term impact
• Set the technical bar for mobile development through clean code, thoughtful design patterns, and pragmatic engineering standards
