What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic direction and articulate the strategy to stakeholders
• Enhance team culture and facilitate management systems for organizational effectiveness
• Ensure organizational alignment through strategically designed updates and communication
• Coordinate and orchestrate major events, including leadership meetings and offsite planning
• Support and lead special projects to track and manage priorities, outcomes, risks, and budgets

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building and influencing strategy
• Proven ability to manage and influence relationships with executives
• Strong project management and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or client management role
• 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role within a large, complex organization
