What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the full project lifecycle for customer implementations, providing regular status updates
• Develop, maintain, and own comprehensive project schedules and milestones using tools like Smartsheet or JIRA
• Act as the primary liaison between Data Engineering and other stakeholders for project-related coordination
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans, escalating critical issues as necessary
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools for data delivery projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator, preferably in a SaaS or data-centric environment
• Prior exposure to People Analytics or HRIS systems
• Demonstrated experience managing data or technical projects, including data integration and software implementation
• Expert-level proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or Asana
• Outstanding communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working closely with a Data Engineering or ETL team
• Advanced expertise managing projects with Smartsheet
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification
