Master Data Project Manager (f/m/x)

Location: Oberkochen | Remote/Hybrid

Hyra is working on behalf of Carl Zeiss AG to hire for the position of Master Data Project Manager (f/m/x). This role focuses on driving digital transformation projects by establishing master data standards and improving data quality across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions within SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments.

What you'll be doing

• Manage digital transformation projects ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards

• Develop technical solutions to monitor and improve data quality in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA

• Establish master data standards across ERP, MDG, and CRM systems for various business units

• Collaborate with data owners and IT teams to ensure solutions support end-to-end processes

• Support the integration and modeling of master data from cleaning to productization

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related technical field

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in master data or data quality roles

• Technical expertise in SAP Material Master Data and Business Partner processes

• Proven track record in agile project management and data system architecture

• Professional proficiency in both English and German languages
