JustFab Brands is looking for a
Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across our ecommerce and subscription businesses.


This role is ideal for a technically strong, early-career analyst who is fluent in SQL, comfortable working directly in Snowflake and Tableau, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, highly operational environment. This is a hands-on data role, not a business analyst position. Candidates should expect to work deeply with raw data, models, and analytics tools, including a SQL assessment as part of the interview process.


How do you fit in?
As a Data Analyst, you will partner closely with product, data science, and business stakeholders to analyze performance, support existing data models, and deliver actionable insights for our JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids brands. You will report directly to the data analytics manager.


What You Will Do

• Write and maintain production-quality SQL to analyze large datasets in Snowflake
• Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards used by operational and executive teams
• Partner with product, ecommerce, and marketing teams to support day-to-day operational analytics and KPI tracking
• Support and maintain existing data science and predictive models, including monitoring performance, data inputs, and outputs
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot anomalies, and improve data reliability across reporting pipelines
• Contribute to experimentation analysis (e.g., A/B tests) by pulling data, validating results, and summarizing outcomes
• Document queries, dashboards, and data definitions to support scalability and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate cross-functionally while operating independently on assigned analyses and deliverables
