You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely \* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative internal facing client analytic visualizations which support relationship building
• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
• Using data to predict trends in healthcare and client utilization
• Forecast and trend complex data to provide insights to business partners
• Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes
• Preparing reports and presenting these to various levels of internal staff
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
• Testing developed functionality to ensure quality outputs
• Monitoring and managing data quality and outputs
• Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes
