About The Role
As a Data Analytics Engineer specializing in Salesforce analytics within the Business Data Strategy & Business Technology (BDSBT) team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex business needs into actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining analytics capabilities that adhere to enterprise data governance standards. Acting as a bridge between enterprise data architecture and business reporting requirements, you will ensure seamless data flow from Salesforce to the enterprise data warehouse, supporting real-time decision-making and operational efficiency. Your expertise will enable the creation of governed, dynamic analytics experiences embedded within Salesforce, empowering users with role-specific dashboards and reports. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of translating technical specifications into scalable solutions while influencing stakeholders across various functions.
