About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Account Manager
to own client relationships, guide strategy, and keep projects moving efficiently.


You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients — from onboarding through ongoing optimization — leading meetings, explaining performance, and partnering with internal specialists to drive results.


This role blends communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, and is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable discussing marketing performance with clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead client meetings, reporting calls, and status updates
• Ensure projects stay on track, in scope, and aligned with business goals
• Monitor performance and identify insights, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to guide marketing strategy
• Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention metrics
• Communicate proactively and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Key Requirements

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
• 1+ year working in a digital marketing agency (SEO and PPC required)
