Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team at CuringBusy. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—managing client-facing digital marketing projects while also leading a team of marketing virtual assistants. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, international client management, and the ability to deliver tailored strategies to meet diverse client requirements.

Requirements

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their digital needs and developing result-oriented marketing strategies.
- Oversee and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Provide reporting on the various online performance KPIs such as CTRs, CPMs & CPCs.
- Website development on WordPress.
- Collaborate with VAs to ensure the timely execution of client deliverables.
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
- Stay updated on global digital marketing trends and tools, integrating them into client strategies as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of Digital Marketing VAs to ensure quality and performance.
- Handle client escalations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in client onboarding and proposal presentations.
