About the Role
: The Director of Total Rewards & People Operations is a critical member of the People team, responsible for both the strategic leadership and hands-on execution of compensation, benefits, HR systems, and people analytics. Reporting to the SVP, Talent & Operations, this role is designed for a high performer who thrives in a lean, fast-growing environment with the opportunity to work on high visibility and impactful work. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on involvement and takes pride in building scalable, service-driven People programs that support employees and the business.


This role will shape how we attract, reward, support, and retain talent while ensuring our People systems, data, and processes are accurate, compliant, and ready to scale.


What You’ll Do
:

• Design, implement, and administer the organization’s total rewards philosophy, including benefits, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, incentive programs, and annual compensation cycles.
• Personally execute and support benefits administration activities, including open enrollment preparation, vendor coordination, employee communications, and issue resolution.
• Champion a stellar candidate and employee experience across the employee lifecycle, with particular focus on seamless onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day People Operations interactions.
