eLearning Project Manager

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in technical development work consultation.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or business. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. (Copy of degree must be included with response)
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in or knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts.
• Must have at least two (2) years of comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs.
• Must have at least two (2) years of development of creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media, including storyboarding and user guides.
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience in designing, building, and deploying instructor eLearning courses using Articulate 360 and FlexClip.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience with multimedia and web design technologies, including video conferencing for example MS Teams/webinar technologies.
