What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for live events, coordinating labor/service teams and customer interactions
• Manage logistics and service coordination for over 150 pieces of equipment during events
• Conduct site visits and advance assessments to ensure logistical feasibility and readiness
• Lead daily safety protocols and operation meetings to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate real-time updates to internal teams and clients, maintaining accurate event documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of proven experience managing on-site production for live events, concerts, or similar
• Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical drawings
• Valid driver's license; passport strongly encouraged
• CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 10 certification required

• Experience in the equipment rental industry
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
• Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
