About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
to build and scale a centralized
Knowledge Automation Platform
that serves as a foundational layer for our Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning initiatives. Our Knowledge team maintains critical domain expertise currently spread across native systems and Helpjuice. As the business scales across brands, regions, and product categories, this knowledge must evolve from
static articles
into a
structured, automated, and continuously maintained taxonomy
that remains accurate and consumable over time.


In this role, you will design and implement systems that power
knowledge lifecycle management
, automate audits and updates, and transform unstructured content into
structured, machine-readable data
that downstream Engineering and ML systems can reliably consume. This is a
full-stack role
, with significant ownership across backend systems, data models, automation workflows, and frontend tools for managing and visualizing knowledge. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance our knowledge management capabilities and support our AI-driven products.
