About the Opportunity:

A digital healthcare organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Pharmacy Technology team. The role involves designing, building, and scaling web applications that support patient health outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience with React, PHP (Laravel), Tailwind, and MySQL, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and uphold coding standards and best practices

• Collaborate with engineers on related teams to coordinate platform changes and integrations

• Design, maintain, and evolve database schemas; write efficient, reliable queries; ensure data integrity and performance

• Identify and drive improvements to platform reliability, performance, and quality

• Monitor platform health using metrics, logs, and tools (e.g., Datadog); assist in diagnosing and resolving issues

• Stay informed on health-tech developments and apply relevant best practices

• Work with non-technical and healthcare partners to clarify requirements and deliver practical software solutions

• Follow SDLC processes and compliance requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications using React on the front end and PHP (Laravel) with MySQL on the back end

• Experience working with external APIs and third-party services

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in health-tech, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus

• Clear, respectful communication and approachability in a collaborative team environment

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
