Job Summary
We’re reimagining the way consumers engage and stay connected through every stage of their journey. Our product is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Group Growth Product Manager who can turn new users into engaged, long-term customers. This role will be focused on user retention, you’ll own the full lifecycle of keeping users active and engaged, from their first experience to reactivation. You’ll design and optimize systems that improve onboarding, build habits, and drive long-term retention.
You’ll work closely with design, data, and engineering to build experiences that keep users coming back—and you’ll thrive in an environment that’s still early and fast-moving.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization), with growth as the company’s top priority.
- Lead and execute high-impact experiments designed to materially move core business metrics, with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.
- Bring proven experience scaling a consumer-facing company through rapid growth phases; has “been there, done that” at a meaningful level.
