Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our federal team supporting the Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the Building Technologies projects (HVAC, HVAC Building Automation and Controls, Electronic Security Systems, Utility Monitoring and Metering systems, SCADA, Power Generation, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, PA Systems, Infant Abduction, etc) supporting hospitals and medical centers on base. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare construction and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, infection control, and unique challenges of renovating occupied military healthcare facilities

Location: Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan. Must be able to live in Japan on a full-time basis.


Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year (6.5 weeks in total)

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will

  • Serve as a primary leader for execution on assigned projects. Develops project schedules and executes according to plan.
  • Oversees the construction process including scheduling of vendors, monitoring progress and providing progress reports. Reviews and evaluates the general condition of the project location as it applies to current of future projects.
