Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in IBM Netezza and IBM DataStage, along with hands-on or working experience in Snowflake and Databricks. The role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable data pipelines across legacy and modern cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain **ETL/ELT pipelines** using **IBM DataStage**
• Work extensively with **IBM Netezza** for data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning
• Build and support data pipelines in **Snowflake and Databricks**
• Develop complex **SQL queries** for large-scale data processing and validation
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and cloud teams to support reporting and analytics use cases
• Document data flows, transformations, and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience as a **Data Engineer / ETL Developer**
• Strong hands-on experience with **IBM DataStage**
• Strong experience working with **IBM Netezza**
• Advanced **SQL** skills

Preferred

• Experience with **Snowflake** and/or **Databricks**
• Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of **Python or Shell scripting**
• Experience in data migration or modernization projects
