What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for employer clients, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary liaison with employers, facilitating regular project meetings and ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide ongoing reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans
• Partner closely with internal teams across various functions to ensure seamless implementation execution
• Proactively identify potential risks and barriers, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably within a healthcare, PBM, or employee benefits environment
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit design, claims processing workflows, and data exchange requirements
