Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you won’t just be “shadowing” – you will be a vital part of the team that manages our global CRM ecosystem. You will work to help design, build, and optimize the tools our field teams use to engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This is a unique chance to sit at the intersection of life sciences, data analytics, and information technology.
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in interviewing stakeholders across Commercial Development and Clinical & Medical Affairs to document business needs and translate them into technical user stories.
- Roadmap Support: Help maintain the strategic CRM roadmap, ensuring project timelines are up to date.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in testing new system features to ensure they work perfectly before they are released to our field teams.
- Change Management: Create training materials, “how-to” guides, and communications to help our users adopt new CRM capabilities.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
- Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving puzzles and figuring out how different systems or data points connect.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you can explain a technical idea to a non-technical person.
