What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and document current business processes, recommending improvements and developing business and functional requirements
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on data flow and systems for at least one business area
• Document and test software applications and systems throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and analyze issues, evaluate potential solutions, and implement effective solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions to gather and clarify requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior experience with DXC applications Vantage and/or wmA, including understanding of the tables
• Knowledge of annuity products (Variable, FIA, MYGA, RILA)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, qualitative analysis, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience as a business or quality analyst
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
