What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a senior-level Business Analyst supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS)
• Provide technical consulting to develop solutions for streamlining critical business processes
• Enhance, integrate, maintain, and implement information systems for MDHHS
• Ensure data integrity and security of MDHHS systems
• Participate in various analytical assignments related to IT operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in related fields such as computer science or information technology
• Minimum of two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11
• Alternate educational qualifications include an associate's degree with relevant credits and two years of related experience
• High school completion with four years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or IT technician may also be acceptable
