Accountabilities

• Managing and executing work on industrial water and wastewater system design, planning, and construction projects.
• Determining the overall delivery approach for projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Scheduling and tracking project budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilizing project management frameworks to execute all projects efficiently.
• Demonstrating proactive communication with project management and technical teams.
• Connecting with external suppliers and subcontractors to support project delivery.
• Interacting with clients and representing the firm professionally.
• Conducting and coordinating QA/QC reviews on project deliverables.
• Preparing and delivering presentations and training programs to clients.
• Mentoring staff in technical and project management skills.

Requirements

• M.S. in Engineering, P.E. or other certification preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
• Experience serving industrial clients and strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Expertise in industrial client engineering and design-build, preferably in relevant markets.
