Accountabilities
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the channel partners experience and the partner portal.
- Conduct product discovery through research, interviews with partners, and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Translate partner needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics.
- Collaborate on technical design for partner identity, role-based access, and multi-tenant flows.
- Establish and monitor KPIs like partner activation time and portal adoption.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales Ops, Legal, and Marketing.
- Utilize analytics and partner feedback to optimize portal and journey experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex B2B products and demonstrated ownership.
- Proven experience in developing partner-facing products.
- Familiarity with CRM/partner ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience in designing role-based access, multi-tenant flows, and onboarding/self-service.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics, experimentation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
