Position Overview


The Manager of Warehouse Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the internal warehouse operations, dispatch, and quality control functions. Responsible for ensuring compliance on all warehouse policies, maintaining daily workspace standards, and successful completion of all daily tasks. Directly manages the outbound/inbound functions and is responsible for training and development of individuals in those roles. Maintains high throughput by adherence to national warehouse standards and ensures orders are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for appropriate training, performance management, and development of their teams.


Key Job Responsibilities


Fleet Management

• Implement and maintain a strategic fleet management plan in partnership with the National Transportation Manager
• Monitor daily routing to prioritize on-time delivery/pickup
• Perform frequent reviews on delivery/pickup services and monitor on-time performance
• Responsible for overall fleet management within their location including regular vehicle maintenance, condition, and operation

Warehouse & Asset Management

• Directly manage and oversee day-to-day operational costs in assigned coverage areas.
• Proactively manage inventory levels to maximize availability for high demand products
