Content Strategist
Bank is looking for a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join its Group Marketing & Communications enterprise-wide content team.
The Content Strategist is responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing content marketing experiences across social media, websites and internal communications channels that shape perceptions about the brand.
Well-versed in digital media production, with an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns are brought to life through storytelling from ideation, to publishing, to amplification, the Content Strategist will work closely with content team members, our dedicated in-house production studio as well as other teams like business marketing, media relations, Bank’s Foundation.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and conceptualise content marketing campaigns in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure end-to-end integration of brand messaging with a wide range of transmedia content components that are distributed internally and externally, with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
- Drive content innovation by developing long-form and short-form content Ips (inclusive of written and audio-visual) to deliver stories in more creative ways to customers and employees.
- Drive projects with an investigative journalist approach and a social-first treatment in order to produce weekly content formats with powerful storytelling that accelerate audience growth.
- Use data-driven insights to improve content publishing processes and copywriting for social media.
- Ensure quality and consistency in materials produced and published.
Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in a news, broadcasting, publishing or other digital media.
Newsroom experience or previous in-house content strategist role a plus.
