The Opportunity
Flock Safety is a leading public safety company dedicated to eliminating crime through a full-service offering of hybrid hardware and software systems. Flock’s LPR and Video products detect and track objects to provide its customers with the best information to make actionable decisions. As a Machine Learning Engineer in Object Tracking, you will play a critical role in architecting and deploying large-scale, real-time, and accurate multi-object tracking solutions. You will work closely with research scientists, ML engineers, infrastructure teams, and operations to develop high-performance systems for tracking people, vehicles, or other objects.


How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop motion-based and appearance-based tracking models, integrating deep learning, probabilistic modeling, and graph-based techniques.
• Optimize tracking algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability in real-time and batch processing environments.
