We're looking for a
Full Stack Mobile Developer
to join our
Enterprise
team. You'll be responsible for building and supporting features that empower the world's most ambitious media founders to build on Substack. As a member of our Enterprise team, you'll work in close partnership with designers, product thinkers, and customers to build new mobile offerings and improve critical user journeys. You'll be on the front-lines of product development, running experiments and iterating rapidly to grow our platform and create what's next for Substack!


Responsibilities

• Develop native mobile apps (iOS in Swift and/or Android in Kotlin) for creators and their audiences, with a focus on activation and growth.
• Build features across mobile to support user activation and conversion.
• Iterate on key user flows in the Substack mobile apps, and run A/B tests to improve activation metrics and drive growth.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, and many others. From product concept and research to implementation, experimentation, and measurement, we expect you to own your work and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work directly with customers to solve their problems. The entire company (CEO included) participates in customer support in order to drive empathy for our users and help us build better products.
