A People Operations Business Partner embodies our culture and core values by cultivating a great team member experience and is a champion for both team members and their leaders. They deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization including educating team members on engagement and wellbeing practices, labor relations, performance management, career development, and advising on various management issues impacting the employee experience. In this role, the People Operations Business Partner will closely partner with business leaders (primarily Directors of Ecosystems) to provide comprehensive human resources support and guidance to ultimately improve talent levels throughout the region and align people capabilities with business objectives.
