About The Job
We’re looking for a high-performing Operations Manager who can own the operational backbone of the business and act as a trusted partner to leadership. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex people and compliance matters across multiple states. You will run critical HR operations, payroll, compliance, and internal systems while continuously improving how the company operates as it scales.


This is not a coordinator role. You will be accountable for outcomes, accuracy, and follow-through.
