Position Overview

Ashbourne Enterprises is seeking a People Operations Manager to build and lead the systems that support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to training, development, and organizational support.

This is a hands-on role for a builder. The People Operations Manager will create structure, improve hiring outcomes, strengthen onboarding and training, and ensure consistent, high-quality people processes across our operating businesses. This role partners closely with leadership and serves

as a trusted operational resource, ensuring our organization grows with clarity, consistency, and care.

This position reports directly to the HR Director.

Core Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring

• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for non-executive roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, competencies, and hiring strategies
• Build and maintain consistent, structured hiring processes and tools
• Monitor hiring effectiveness, including time-to-fill, hiring quality, and candidate experience

Onboarding & Training

• Design and implement structured onboarding programs that set employees up for success
• Ensure onboarding processes are consistent, complete, and aligned across departments
• Develop and support training programs for compliance, operational standards, and leadership development
• Partner with managers to improve early employee engagement and retention

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and workplace concerns
• Support performance management processes and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR workflows in partnership with Payroll and Benefits
• Ensure HR processes are compliant, organized, and operationally effective
