Position Purpose


The People Operations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and positive employee experience across the organization. This position is responsible for executing key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, compliance documentation, and day-to-day employee support.


Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and campus teams, the Specialist ensures that systems remain accurate, processes are compliant, and employees and managers receive timely, professional support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is
$60,000 – $65,000
annually. Placement within the range will be determined based on experience, education, and demonstrated competencies
