The most senior leaders in these businesses are Managing Directors (MDs). To support their success and the continued growth of our specialty businesses, BCG is seeking a highly capable professional to lead the MD Framework (compensation, incentives, expectations, career path) and Operations agenda.
This role will own the MD framework end to end, with primary responsibility for the evolution of the MD model based on a deep understanding of business strategy, objectives, and outcomes—and translating those into clear expectations, incentives, and operating mechanisms. Today, we support a diverse and growing set of businesses including Platinion, Inverto, BrightHouse, Expand, BCG U, and Quantis.
