About the Role:
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid media strategies that directly impact business growth. This position is ideal for someone with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising accounts across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and/or TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
\* Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
\* Develop full-funnel strategies that cover awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
\* Organize campaigns and ad sets to support scalability and high testing velocity.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
\* Review performance at the ad, audience, and creative level to identify trends and growth opportunities.
\* Optimize based on CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, and blended metrics such as MER.
\* Create dashboards or clear reporting to share insights and guide strategic decisions.
Creative & CRO Collaboration:
\* Work closely with the creative team to brief effective ad concepts, hooks, and visual directions.
