About the Role

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all cross‑channel acquisition efforts across our European markets. This is a rare opportunity to take a mature, high‑performing product and build its presence in new territories. You’ll be empowered by the infrastructure, data quality, and scale of a business with nine‑figure annual turnover—while still enjoying the autonomy and pace of a growing team.

You won’t stop at simply acquiring traffic. Your remit spans the full funnel: identifying the right audiences, activating the right channels, and driving high‑intent users to the right products—then closely analysing what happens after they land.
