Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Technial Project Engineer to join our Product Integrity Department and support the Military Avionics Systems Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety (RMS) Engineering teams to provide project management of our Safety Critical Avionics Products and Systems primarily based in Cedar Rapids, IA. The candidate must be adaptable to change, determined to accomplish tasks based on program schedule, collaborate with teammates to make the best decisions, enjoy learning new technologies, be self-motivated and contribute to a positive work environment. Our charter is to promote the safe and reliable aspects of our designs by providing engineers that are specially trained and knowledgeable in RMS methods and processes. The RMS engineering field is challenging, unique and dynamic, if you are a technical leader and willing to push new boundaries, this is the role for you!


The position is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa but working remotely elsewhere in the US is an option for the ideal candidate.
