What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Underwriters to define business and functional requirements
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure clarity and prioritization of requirements
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new product releases
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements
• Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality and meeting delivery timelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within the insurance industry, preferably in Executive Lines
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile Software Development Methodology, and JIRA/Confluence

• Familiarity with Executive Lines insurance products (Professional Liability, Management Liability, and eRisk)
